Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders for Everyday Alchemy Botanicals are processed within 2–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During product relaunches or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer—we appreciate your patience as we hand-pack your botanicals.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from our Squarespace system with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Everyday Alchemy Botanicals is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
